Quote

02 - Phase 2

Work with one of our AWESOME customer service reps to get your quote rolling. We'll need all the deets about your event, when and where your event is, and what you'd like to print.

Event Prep

03 - Phase 3

Let’s get all the details together for our team and yours. Keep it simple and not going overboard with apparel, colors, and design options, as this helps keep the line moving and makes the overall process run smoother! If you can provide a general idea of what you're thinking, we can help you finalize the details.

Event Time

04 - Phase 4

This is the best part - the moment we’ve planned is finally here! We’ll set up our press, dryer, tables, and garments at your event (preferably at least one hour before the event starts). The line will form as soon as the event starts, and we’ll start printing! Once the event is over, we’ll pack up and head out. It’s as easy as that!

Ideal Events for Live Print

Every event! Whether it’s indoor, outdoor, small, or large, we can make it happen for you. Some events we’ve participated in include conventions, expos, trade shows, staff events, member events, open houses, and more! This interactive experience invites your guests to be a part of the printing process for their own swag. We’ve found that the live print can often be the most popular part of any event, especially large ones, with lines that form quickly. With live printing, we’re limited to the number of colors and designs we can offer. You can have 1-2 designs with 1-2 ink color options each since we can only have up to four screens on the press. We can manually produce around 75-100 garments in an hour depending on the number of colors and size of the design. As long as we have 10’ x 10’ space and a 110 outlet within 75 feet of where we’re printing, we’re all good to go!
